According to Tom at his induction, the biggest reason for his success in the candy business was surrounding myself with quality people and working with them through the good times and the bad times. For those wishing to succeed in the candy business, Tom advised: always work hard, be honest and never forget the people who have helped you to be successful.
Tom passed away August 20, 2016.
