Harry J. Berg

Class of 1991

Harry was vice-president of E.A. Berg & Sons, Inc. in 1991, a position he held since 1958. The family-owned company employed three generations of the family at the time of his induction.

The National Candy Wholesaler Association in 1971 named Harry a Candy Ambassador. He was also a member of the National Candy Brokers Association and National Association of Tobacco Distributors. He was a past president of the New York Candy Club and an active participant in numerous industry educational and fund-raising efforts. In 1991 he served as a member of the National Food Brokers’ Confectionery and Snack Foods Committee.
