Frank was born in South Orange, NJ on October 19, 1928. He attended Columbia High School and graduated from Seton Hall University with a BS in business administration. He raised five children; Janice, Frank, John, Thomas and Daniel.

At 28, Frank joined Nestlé Foods Corp.’s Blitz Crew, eventually becoming an assistant sales manager. From 1963 to 1969 he was with Sterling Drug, and then joined Ward Food, Inc. as a Candy Division regional manager. He become Ward Food’s vice-president of sales in 1978. After a stint with Pezrow Food Brokers, he became national sales manager at Haribo of America in 1983, and served as the company’s president from 1984 until becoming a company consultant in 1997.

Frank was been awarded the Distinguished Service Marketing Award from the Sales Executive Club of New York, the Silver Candy Dish as Sales Manager of the Year and the Candy Man of the Year Award.

Frank passed away on June 3, 2002.
