Bobby J. Smith

Class of 1997

Bobby Smith was born in Ellisville, AR, on September, 16 1942. After graduating from Marelvale High School, he served in the Navy. He married Ann Smith in 1961, and the couple raised two daughters, Tammy Lynn and Lou Ann.

Bobby was in the candy industry for 25 years prior to his induction. He spent his entire career with the American Chicle Group, where he was operations manager at the time of his induction. His career honors include American Chicle District Manager of the Year, Division Manager of the Year and National Account Manager of the Year.
